Court: Rapist Can Seek Reduced Sentence
Isn't it great that we live in a world where wacko courts can ignore laws?
The first problem I have is that a man can get just over 3 years for "sexual violence and threats against the 14-year-old". Now, his lawyer is trying to reduce that sentence by two-thirds because she wasn't a virgin! Quote:
