I like to read the base news papers, from Kunsan AB, And Osan...But for some reason i cannot open the Osan Paper (MIG ALLEY FLYER), from the Osan web page...

Any suggestions...

You have to be on a government computer to view them. For some reason the base made them semi-secure and you have to be on a NIPR computer.
