Here are some recommendations:
1. USFK Forums arcade 2. USFK Forums Quizzes Then after the remote chance that you get bored of USFK Forums: 1. Go to Lotte World 2. Go to Ever Land 3. Go out with some friends to the local pub! Just a few quick ideas.

but c'mon, you're in Korea! There's tons to do, especially on the weekends. 1. Lots of good musicals/shows. Last week I saw Grease which was a lot of fun! It was presented in English, and they had videoboards with subtitles in Korean. Sucks to have to read subtitles at a Live Show, but hey! Better than nothing. 2. Stuff along the Han Kang... be it riverboat rides, riding a bike, walking or Rollerblading. Lots of things there. 3. Shopping.. I'm guessing you're a girl, there's lots of cool shopping places.. and I don't mean Osan/Itaewon. 4. Wander down to Coex, if anything just to lose yourself among the bajillion shops and whatnot. 5. Cultural stuff. So many palaces/temples/museums and historical sites all over Korea... check those out. 6. Music. TONS of concerts and shows. If you like Jazz, check out some of the Jazz clubs. 7. Nightlife. Any given day is a party waiting to happen. If you like drinking and carousing, Seoul has a plethora of drinking holes to put one down in. Different flavor at each bar.. lots of places with pool tables and dart boards and other ways to amuse yourself. Don't forget dancing. Plenty of places to go dancing too. 8. Boardgame cafes. You need to take someone else usually, but always a good time. 9. Eating. Definitely need a companion for this type of activity to make it more fun, but a lot of great places to eat. This goes well with drinking too. 10. What night wouldn't be complete without a Norae bang experience? Admittedly if you can't sing and you know it, at least you're in the privacy of a room with just you and your friends. There's tons of things to do around Seoul. If you really want suggestions, tell me what kind of things you like to do. |

thanks, Bob!
I have lived in Seoul for 7 months before I moved to Bundang so I know about nightlife there, especially Sinchon & Hongdae. Both were my hangout every weekend. Anyways, thanks again! sir! ![]()

Bundang isn't so far away that you can't come to Seoul on the weekends at least. I have friends that live out that far that make it to Seoul every weekend... it can be a pain, but with friends in town you always have a place to stay :P and if you don't have any friends in Seoul.. you can always visit to make new ones. I have tons of friends who are girls who could put you up if you really needed a place to crash. Course you'd have to meet them or whatnot and see if you got along. heh. |
