Women sue over sex with Marine recruiters

Where these men wrong? Yes! Was it forced rape? No!

These men should get in trouble for breaking military regulations like having sex with recruits, but not for rape.

Quote:
Two women who said two U.S. Marine Corps recruiters forced them to have sex after they expressed interest in joining the force sued over the incidents on Wednesday.

The lawsuit names the Marine Corps, the Navy, Marine Corps Commandant Gen. Michael Hagee, Secretary of the Navy Donald Winter and the two recruiters as defendants. It seeks an injunction forcing the Marines to properly train recruiters as well as monetary damages.

The women, who were 17-year-old high school students at the time of the incident last year, allege that recruiters Staff Sgt. Joseph Dunzweiler and Sgt. Brian Fukushima told them they would have to submit sexually to join the Marines.

"The complaint alleges that Dunzweiler raped Doe on three separate occasions in the Ukiah recruiting office, each time telling her that she had to have sex with him if she wanted to join the Marines," attorneys Barry Vogel and Michael Sorgen said in a statement. The two plaintiffs are identified by the fictitious names Jane Doe and Mary Roe.
Full Story here.

This is bogus! The Marines lied and abused their power, but being stupid enough to believe these men is almost as bad! Raped three times? This means she came back at least 3 times. Again, these women were tricked, but not raped. This almost sounds like a porn flick!

MARINE RECRUITER: Well, hello young ladies. How can I help you?

GIRL 1: Well, like. You know like. We want to be tough Marines.

MARINE RECRUITER: Well, you know to become a Marine, you have to sleep with your recruiter. It is standard procedure. It's even in the Marine handbook. Let's go in the back and I will show you.

(Sleazy porn music plays)

GIRL2: Really? We didn't know that! Well, if it's in the rule book, I guess we have to do it because we really want to be Marines!

MARINE RECRUITER: You girls are going to be excellent Marines!

"Forced" rape...no. I don't believe the recruiters forced them to do anything...unless coercing and pressuring mean the same thing.

"Statutory" rape...yes. Those girls were below the statutory age of consent.

Recruiters were stupid? Hell yes!

I found this funny:

Quote:
Regulations forbid any sexual contact between recruiters and potential recruits and enlistees.
Like "for your future reference"...
