Woman fined for putting make-up on at wheel
It is about time! I see a woman putting on make up, eating, or blabbing on the cell phone everyday! I also see men doing the last two as well.

Yeah, I used to see women do the makeup thing all the time when I was stateside. It always annoyed me the most when they don't pay attention when the light turned green.
As for the eating part...I did that a lot. I just couldn't find any time between work and evening classes. |
