I often see during drive Korean who throw cigarette stub outside their car.
They're carelessly throw their cigarette stub on the road.
I can't understand why they do.
How about do you think this Korean pepole ?

Careless people who have no respect for others, nor their environment, do this all over the world, in every country, except SINGAPORE. Their streets are clean, because they ENFORCE their laws!

Throwing out cigarettes can cause forest fires, and is a bad habit! But now smokers are becoming extinct, instead of just stinking!

There are many things a bad habit for Korean pepole.
Korean pepoles have too individual thinking.
You can see it at many place such as a subway, the public place, the train station, etc....
they are throw their trash anywhere. Most Korean pepole are only oneself think and they are not considerate of other pepole.
I'm experienceing every day those things.
