Vladibostok, Russia, 1993.
 Above Pic is a visit ID for Russia Vladibostok. I was visited to Russia's the pacific fleet in 1993.  Here is Vladibostok port, Russia. I look like they are very poor economically. their ships look like very old and come off paint. I guess that they're no money, so not painting their ships.  I got into their headquarters of the fleet builiding. and then, I was handshaking with their supreme commander. There was a big world map in his room.
