WAR, Human and New technology !
I think a Human's history is a war's history.
Your computer was maked for the purpose of doing the war in 1960s. Do you know that ? Your Internet was created for protect from your enemy Missile strike. Do you know that ? So, in some cases, Human might be need the war. But I'm very sad it. I often see CNN News. they always reporting about The Middle East War such as today's number of deaths, Rocket strike area, etc...... I look like it's playing computer game. What do you think about "WAR" ? Now, U.S. building up Missile Defense System like "The Sky-net" in Terminator 3 movie. and they are finding a target for testing. may be, the target will be North Korea. This is a quote I used in another thread but, I think she said it all.
I don't believe that the big men, the politicians and the capitalists alone are guilty of the war. Oh, no, the little man is just as keen, otherwise the people of the world would have risen in revolt long ago! There is an urge and rage in people to destroy, to kill, to murder, and until all mankind, without exception, undergoes a great change, wars will be waged, everything that has been built up, cultivated and grown, will be destroyed and disfigured, after which mankind will have to begin all over again. Anne Frank 1929-1945, German Jewish Refugee, Diarist I think war is caused by two things, (1) fear (2) greed . That over simplifies it, without a doubt. You could also say it is caused by ignorance and a lust for power. Power does corrupt. Survival in the face of over-powering odds is what has triggered Israels need to rid Lebanon of Hezbullah. Are they right or wrong? Who can say for sure. They are surrounded by enemies who would not spit on them if they were on fire and yet, their will to use over-powering destructive force has kept them from being over run. We have been making war on eachother since the beginning. There is no reason to seriously think we have the power to stop ourselves now. The weapons, of course, are much deadlier now. Is war right or wrong, or is it just the way it is. To the victors go the spoils.
