It's great when liberals spend tax payer money on a 9-11 memorial and then put their anti-war slogans INSCRIBED into it. They almost got away with paying a tribute to the 9-11 Hijackers. Not a joke. Here is the video.

It's not your money. It's privately funded. Those funds might go through the government, but the video clearly stated that it was privately funded.

It was privately funded according to the video but basically managed by politicians. This is a tragic and prime example of what happens when any attempt at project management is done by elected officials and the agencies under their control. It starts out with a simple idea and the politicians grow it into a monster, trying to please all possible constituents. In the end it just turns out to be a stupid offense to the sensibilities and a waste of the money.
