6.3 Quake rattle Hawaii!

I can't believe it! It was my first quake! It was a 6.3. I thought North Korea fired a nuke at Hawaii.

I woke up early, got some Denny's breakfast around 7 AM and started watching the first NFL football game. About 15 minutes into the games my friends house shook for about 10 seconds and the power went out. This is after a night of 4 hours of hard rain.

The power came back on just in time for the Sunday night football game.

poor guy, im glad you posted, that was the first thing i thought about when i read this in our paper earlier, was the fact that i remembered someone here was in hawaii. glad you're allright.

Thanks Shelli. Hawaii ratle for 10 seconds and all of the islands lost power. My friends are just getting their power back or still without. All of my street lights are still out! Here is the read-out.

Papua New Guinea just beat us today with a 6.5.
