anyone interested in traveling to Chuncheon (춘천)
안녕하세요.
Date : June 03, 2006 Saturday morning sometime in Seoul Cheongryang-ri train station (청량리역). It depends on the train sch. Purpose : Just want to get rid of stress at work so please don’t expect like a nice Korean tour guide. :] Anyone’s welcome! Leave a msg. here or let me know by email. Even if there no one’s interested in, that’d be ok. :] Have a great weekend!

Sounds like a good way to spend a day. If I were in Korea I would go.

Oh! I want to eat Chuncheon Dahk-Galbi!
For those who visit there, you have GOT to try it! It's a little on the spicy side, but it's so good you won't care! ![]() |

Maybe if the weather is nice my boyfriend and I will drive down there on the motorcycle - we did that once before. We could stay in touch and then meet somewhere. I'll mention it to him. Oh wait...I just remembered I have Korean school that day. Well, we'll see.

I did have your number, but I lost my cell phone, so now it's gone. However, you might still have my number? If you decide to stay over night and my boyfriend and I go down on Sunday then we could keep in touch. It's a big MAYBE though. I have no idea yet. I'll discuss it with him again this week. I also know someone who lives down there. An Armanian girl I just met.
It really would be a nice way to spend the afternoon - I'm sorry I can't give you a definite answer right now. 010-7763-3858 |

It was a good idea! I used to drive up the river to Chunchon, and flew in to Camp Page there in helicopers years ago. It is a beautiful mountainous area, with lakes and all! Maybe with a little longer planning time we could get a forums group together soon. I'd like to just go over to Inchon and see the waterfront seafood places. You know, just a day trip. It is harder to set up a long trip. |
