This movie is going to be as big as Spiderman! Now that they have the special effects, they can make a terrific movie. Don't get me wrong, the old Superman movies from the 80s were good, but they were limited in computer technology. Anyone planning on seeing this?

Yup! I've been looking forward to this movie since the first teaser trailer. I've always been a Superman fan...obviously.

I hardly know any of the cast except Kevin Spacey, but I do know the director, Bryan Singer, so I'm hoping for the best. I remember a few years back there was a rumor floating around that Nicholas Cage would be playing Superman...I'm so glad he is not! Whew!

I watched this today. I would give it 3 1/2 out of 5 stars. It is worth the money and is a very good movie. There is nothing earth shattering about this movie, but it was entertaining. I would expect Superman to go in the same direction as Spiderman and pump out a sequel every 1-2 years as it is an excellent brand name.
