Does anyone here know the area code for Kunsan AB?

Also, I would like to place a call there, is it the same as making a call here (i.e. area code + the number)?

Please forgive my ignorace, but I have never placed an international call from a civilian phone before.

does the number you have start with an 82? if so dial 011 and your number.
82 is the country code for Korea (the GOOD Korea!) Some big cities have their own city code, but this would be after the 82.

The number I have is 782 - 4250. (It's the KAB BX)

782-4250, isn't that a DSN number? If it is then you have to change the 782 number to something else. In Osan it is 011 82 31 661(DSN 784)+ last four. If that is a DSN number, you have to figure out what the commercial number is. 31 661 is the commercial number at Osan.
