Two Two Chicken
Is this place any good? I've been reading a lot on the internet about Korean fried chicken and I'm intrigued. Does anyone have any recs on where to get some good KFC(Korean fired chicken)? Here's the website to Two Two Chicken. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me where the closest Two Two is to Camp Humphreys. The website has a store locator.

Re: Two Two Chicken
We ate at BHC this weekend and it was really good! They have signs for it every where. The only problem was that we ended up ordering too much food because we weren't sure what the portion sizes were. So, my hubby just took the leftovers to work. When you come out of the walkthru gate...it's down that road on the right. If you're not looking for it you'd probably miss it. When we were leaving they had a little inflatable thing that made it a little easier to spot.
I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for but it was good. Hope that helps...and I hope no one sends a reply saying we shouldn't have eaten there...lol!

Re: Two Two Chicken
Shsong, is it possible to just tell me where the closest one is to me? Or if you can tell me one that is just near a subway. The next time I'm in Seoul I can try to find it if there is one within walking distance of a subway.

I've seen them around Seoul, but I stick with Kentucky Fried Chicken. Itaewon and Samkakchi Station both have one, and many other locations in Seoul. I went to Pizza Hut near the big bus terminal South of the Han by the Marriot hotel. It was $20.00 for a medium and two drinks. Cheaper if you have a discount card and get there at lunch time. Not worth the price. The Marriot basement has KFC, McDonalds and Krispy Kreme doughnuts. It adjoins the subway, and is a nice place to visit. Expensive Shopping for tourists, even more than the Dragon Hotel shops. If you go downtown and lose sight of Burger King, learn to read RIBS ( 갈 비) in Korean... Another way- upstairs in most department stores have a floor devoted to food! Order by the picture, or point at something that looks good. They will direct you on how to pay and be seated. Most can not speak English. Cleaner than street vendors.
PAPA JOHNS Pizza just came to SEOUL! Should be good. May cost more. Take a Korean with a Credit card for a discount. Call 1577-8080 for one near you. Get a Korean to call. Good Luck. |
