It means that you have to be 21. There will not be any special treatment for anyone. 21 is the age limit to drink/go into bars, and they won't change the rules for anyone. Hope that helps.

Thanks a lot. In case of Korea, the bar's owner doesn't keep that.

Oh? Can you speak for every bar owner? No! Not the ones near military posts.

Some do NOT want to be put "OFF LIMITS" by the US!! They will lose much money! They MUST obey the rules IF they want US money!
