the war of the future.

What do u think about the war of the future ?
Next is my scenario.
We need not go to the battlefield in the future.
You can control everythings in front of your computer as Video game.
So, who is there in the battlefield ?
Those are the Robot, the unmanned fighter aircraft, the satellite , the missile,
and Computer.
Also, those will be connected with Network system with one another.
The main super computer system will control them.
The human will fight with the enemy like 3D simulation war game.
It will become a reality soon I think.

P.S.
Source Data from the Pentagon(the Department of Defense).

Specially, I have a lot of interested in America's Korean Peninsula policy.
Sad to say, our fate depend on your hand. I know well about America's both faces. I have a few frends who working as officer in U.S. millitary.
They are knowing about it. I also from Korea Navy and I have experience a actual fighting with Norh korea's Navy in the western sea.
So, I dislike the war and I knowing what is the war.
That is not computer game. We have no RIGHTS to anybody kill.
It's only has the God. Only, the God can kill all Human.

Re: the war of the future.

I understand your feelings about war, but I am also realistic about the future of war. We will always fight. There is no way to avoid it. The only thing you can do is make war so terrible that no one wants to fight. That's what the U.S. has done. We make war so bad that people think twice before they attack us. Islam is a perfect example. We know that if we don't attack Islam in their country, they will attack us again in our country.

My wife is Korean and I talk to her alot about the U.S. policy on Korea. She explains to me the Korean peoples feelings about the U.S., so I understand a little about what you feel. But, I also tell her that no matter how good friend we are with Korea, we still think of ourselves first. That's what any smart country would do.

What, exactly, about U.S./Korea policy don't you like?

Ok...It is my story.
One day in 1994.
I was working at Navy Radar site where located in 1km away from DMZ in the east coast. My work was find out North Korea's aircraft there.
One day.......
I could hear that America will try to attack N.Korea's nuclear facilities soon.
My unit and all unit of the Korea get into a state of emergency.
Since the day, I often could see N.Korea's aircraft, MIG21, on my Radar scope. N.Korea's aircraft accessed til near 500M Point from DMZ.
It was their military traning. So, we also started some traning.
We did a shtooing traning everyday towards the sea and we built anti-aircraft missiles near our unit. I was very scary at that time.
Because there were a lot of N.Korea's weapon 1Km ahead of our unit.
I was used to see N.Korea's soldiers with telescope on the roof.
But, that place was very quiet at night. I hate very much such that the silence of the night. I can only hear some insect's sound.
I want not die there but I had to ready for my death.
Early in June.
Former Amercian President, Bill Clinton.
Fortunately, he's not agree for N.Korea's attack by the U.S. Army.
He tried to give one opportunity for N.Korea. So, Im respecting now President Bill Clinton. Finally, he sent former American President Jimmy Cater to N.Korea as special envoy.
In result, America and N.Korea promised to slove with a peaceful solution for N.Korea's Nucler Issue.
Since the day.
N.Korea's military training is disappear in near DMZ. And 3 years later, I retired from the Navy.
I'd like to tell you that Your momentary judgment will bring on a big misfortune in Korean Peninsula.
Can you understand my story ?

Re: the war of the future.

I understand what you are saying, but I disagree with you. Bill Clinton's was one of the worst Presidents the U.S. has ever had. His foreign policy was a joke. Everyone knew that you could not trust North Korea, but Clinton decided to give them food and fuel so that they would stop trying to build nuclear weapons. Oh course, we know now that North Korea has nuclear weapons. Way to go Bill!!

Alot of Koreans believe that since North Korea is part of Korea that you are all one big family. That's not true anymore. North Korea hates the U.S. and South Korea. If they had a chance to attack South Korea without the U.S. coming to help, they would do it. North Korea is a very dangerous country and we should all be very careful when dealing with them. The most important thing to remember is "Don't trust North Korea on anything!"

I thank you for your service in the Korean Navy. You defended your country just like hundreds of thousands of Koreans before you. You should be pround of your service. There is a quote from an Englishman by the name of John Stuart Mill that I thought might explain what I'm trying to say.
"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."

But I don't agree with you at below ur writing.

[ Bill Clinton's was one of the worst Presidents the U.S. has ever had. His foreign policy was a joke. ]

I don't think so. Mr.Clinton prevented America's N.Korea attack in 1994.
If he was agree it at that time, Seoul city would be a sea of fire and a lot of citizens would be die by N.Korea's missile.

Re: the war of the future.

The U.S. was not going to attack North Korea in 1994. Why would we attack North Korea? Just because they were trying building a nuclear weapons program? I don't think anybody thought they were smart enought to do it. There is no way the U.S. would put Seoul in danger because of anything North Korea would do. North Korea is like a little child. Whenever it wants something it cries and whines. All you have to do is threaten to spank it and the child will be quite. That's what we did in 1994. We threatened to spank North Korea so they would shut up. It worked, kind of.

Hi....
Your expression about N.K is very interesting.
But my life in the navy was very hard at that time.
we did a actual fighting training everyday in May, 1994. Do you know that ? As told you at above my post, I was at Navy Radar site into DMZ of the east coast. I catched on N.Korea's fighter aircraft everyday for a month.
I could feel the War Eve at that time.
I can still remember at that time. My life in the navy was very hard.

I had fighted with N.Korea's navy on the western coast in 1997.
Do you know that battle ?
I lost my associate at that time and get a concussion by that battle.
So, I apply for my discharge from the navy after a few months.
I spent a very hard time in the navy for 6 years.

anyway, thanks a lot.

P.S.
N.Korea is not child. They can kill you anytime.
