You maybe entitled to money on a settlement if you used your credit card while overseas between February 1, 1996 and November 8, 2006.

This is NOT a fraud or an attempt to get your money. Read the web page i'm attaching.

This was also looked into by snopes.com and found it to be a true and legitmate law suit.

If you used your credit card or debit mastercard before November 06 in a foreign country you got charged a fee that was deemed to be illegal. They are now settling the claims of those who want it.

I am trying to get my records together, I think they owe me somewhere around $75 if I did the math right.

I think the only time I used my credit card was in the BX at Osan, or online.

Has anyone received a settlement from the credit card companies? I have been in Korea for a very long time and did a very detailed claim. I just wondered if anyone received a payment.
