Worlds Worst Natural disasters
You can't help but notice the media scaring everyone this hurricane season. Ever since Katrina and the tsunami in Asia, we continue to hear that we are having some terrible natural disasters. Well, reading a simple history book, I noticed the worst disasters happened in the 19th and 20th century, not the 21st century as the media hypes.
1815 - Volcano erupts in Indonesia killing 92,000 1887 - 900,000+ Chinese die from flood 1845 - Great Famine kills 2.5 Million in Europe 1854 - 30,000+ dead Chinese from flood 1976 - Earthquake kills 750,000 in China Natural disasters are not new and driving your SUV is not the reason behind the hurricanes.
