Anyone see Kung Fu Hustle?
I only caught 20 minutes if this movie, but the special effects look amazing. Here is a fan tribute video to the movie.

Yeah, I thought this movie as well as Shaolin Soccer was pretty fun to watch. I can't think of an American movie quite like these Stephen Chow movies...Naked Gun type movies, maybe?
