I'm going to buy one online if no one has seen one at a base, Humpries doesn't have any and cant even tell me when they'll have more,

why do we have like NO service from AAFES, like koreans off base offer some of the best services i've ever seen, but onbase. they seem like they just don't care.... -.-

Yeah, AAFES is weird like that. I think it's their managers who don't keep them up-to-date on things. That's basically the response I got here in Yongsan, too, on any item. You get all kinds of answers, but in the end the basic answer is that they don't know.

And it's funny how the back of their vests reads something like "Ask me a question".

I used to work in a store like like that, Staples, i'm sure there computers have all the info they'd ever need to know to tell if they have stock, when they'll get it and if any one else has one which they could order from it.

Air Force BX always has the uptodate and best stuff. My son will call me from Camp Carroll this weekend I can ask him if they have any there.

I checked the Yongsan PX today...none in stock. Guess what they told me when I asked them when they'd have them in?

the army side of aafes in korea is rife with corruption. they have an xbox360 demo on display at the camp walker px and they have a hundred copies of Oblivion for the xbox360 but they don't have the actual system. i suspect any that they got in have been black marketed and the reason they don't want to talk about when the next ones are due in is because they already have blackmarket orders to fill and legal buyers just have to wait till after demand tapers off.

I just ordered one online from a good site, i should see it in a few weeks....

I picked mine up at the BX at Nellis AFB. They seem to have gotten tons in stock, cause when i got mine the entire display was almost gone.... the very next day I went back in and the display was completely filled up. When I got back to Pope at the end of May Both of the Bx's on Bragg where completely stocked up on 360's. It seems Microsoft has solved the supply problem. If your Bx isn't having them in stock I'd say A. there is a problem or B. everyone else on base beat ya to it. Ethier way I'd say it sounds like it should warrent an official complaint from you and your friends on station there up thru the AAfees chain. Ya never know maybe your complaint could launch an investigation.
