The word your thinking of is "paraphrasing." It's quite obvious that those weren't the words you said, but they do sum up your argument. Are you aghast that I would "paraphrase" what you wrote, or is it that I'm showing how immature and emotionally driven the "they do it too" argument is?

Doutes, you might want to look up what quotes mean. They don’t mean paraphrasing. They mean quoting. Shame on your English teacher! Maybe she should have taught English instead of left-wing thoughts.

Yes, that certainly could have been better written. I was using quotation marks, or also called inverted commas as delineating speech. An example would be a five year old child saying, "But he got a cookie, why can't I?" Thinking in terms of actual speech is what did me in. Oh, no! I just ended a sentence in a preposition.

Beside my poor punctuation, do you have anything else to say about my post? Or will you look for more spelling, grammar or punctuation mistakes to avoid my arguments?
