I like guns, when my Son is old enough he will know what a gun is and how to shoot it but he will also know how to respect them.

I'll also have several of each. Just becasue there are different types of hunting.

But i do agree with you Tai, why do you need 2-50 cal pistols?

In reference to an earlier post...that guy should have sued the neighbor!!!

I guess the neighbor was in his bathroom, holding up those two Desert Eagles and trying to look badass in front of the mirror when it happened.

I have to admit I like guns, too. But they are definitely NOT a joke. The only place I'd ever fire them is at a range. I'd probably keep them locked in a safe there, too; never at home.

I totally agree, but everyone makes a mistake either good or bad.

Have you seen the video of the COP giving a class on guns to a High School class and shoots himslef?

I'll see if i can find it...

Here it is....you do get a POP-UP add with this link.

Cool

I have to admit I never clean my guns in the bathroom! Notice the strategic positioning of the Flak Vest on that computer desk AFTER the fact!
I grew up with hunting guns, and we mountain men can't fathom being without guns! It just isn't natural. In the U.S., unfortunately, all bad guys have guns, so these days, it doesn't make sense to NOT have one. If you believe that when someone is prying open your window some night, bent on robbing you, or worse, that calling 911 will save you, then you had better think again. Learn and teach your children to be familiar, and safe around guns. My daughter is an Expert with her Glock 9mm. (She is a nurse, and works at night,)

Cool Whoops! You're gonna get replies now!

I'm going to overlook that comment, coming from a youngster who has been raised on Canadian Newspapers, but I believe you're going to immediately be properly educated by those Forum members who know the REAL gun situation in the United States! See if anyone agrees that since criminals have ready access to guns, and that laws don't mean anything to criminals, that we law abiding citizens don't need to defend ourselves! I've called 911 before, have you? How long can you afford to wait if YOUR life is in danger? I'll listen for a while, then I'll be back!
