Michael Irvin got into the Hall of Fame today with Thurman Thomas. Should Irvin have gotten in?

yeah, irvin should be in the HOF. he's had his issues off the field but he definetely deserves to be there. i woulda made him sweat it out and wait a few years to tell u the truth. hell,it took lynn swann and john stallworth what 10+ years after eligibility to get in.

Yes, I believe that he should be in. True that he had off the field issues, but when it came to work he was a consummate professional. It just hurts that a player like Art Monk didn't get in yet. Although I'm a huge Cowboys fan, I will say that Monk was a great player.
