To English teacher !

Well, here I would totally agree with you that there should be changes put in place. I would add that incest and child rape does happen in Korea among Koreans as well. Minimizing it only makes it worse later on. One cannot ignore it. I'm hoping that the criminal checks will also apply similarly to Korean trachers as well.
