It was probably a surprise attack and the soldiers didn't have time to suit up into full battle gear.

I love the comments on that page. They were doing there job. There were gate guards and they were attacked, then they were re-enforced by there buddies who were either sleeping or on there off time.

I also did not hear 1 mortor explode. Just gun fire.

Don't get me wrong, but I hate the way people try to over do what actually happened.
