Dragon Hill Lodge to get new roof
$1.3 million is being spent on a new roof for the Dragon Hill.
That seems VERY expensive! That much money for a bunch of tiles? Quote:

That tile is always expensive. This is a building that is expected to remain as U.S. presence slowly reduces in Yongsan. When the New U.S. Embassy Building is built inside the walls of Yongsan, in the area now known as Camp Coiner, I suspect the two buildings will be the the cornerstones to a new streamlined community of diplomats in Seoul. We will see.

Re: Dragon Hill Lodge to get new roof
Was the roof damaged by some unforseen event or act of nature? I'm just wondering because in building years, this is a very short life span for a roof. Repacing a roof of this type of structure after such a short time does not speak well about the quality of the original roof.
