You are very well-versed, articulate with speech, and have an uncanny knack for the English language. Where the hell were you when I was doing my term papers for college?

I normally would not entertain such comments that you have made but I would like to know, as would anyone else reading the comments, your qualifications as an investigator and it appears that you have not offered any comments from other sources that would challenge or support your interviews. This in itself leads me to believe that you do have a personal interest and/or you are being paid for your writing ability.

Now that I have said my peace, this is my last post to you. I am no longer entertaining trolls like you on this forum.

appears to serve no further purpose on this forum.

I'd heard about this thread from some folks w/ whom I serve, finally found it. Similar to Dr. T, I don’t have a dog in this fight either, but considering the slanderous nature of your claims as you typed them:

• Charles Chong is a crook and has used the US Army for his own selfish endeavors. This is not a False Accusations, or made up. [H]e owes me $25,000.00 in commissions and earnings and would not pay me.
• He uses Oriental Press as a front to target military members to buy his products on base (Business cards, shoes, key chains, trophies, banner, and etc.)
• He does not have a merchants license to sale his products on base.
• He has Vietnames [sic] working in his factory (Sweat Shop) and pays them under what is required by Korean Law, and then sales his products to the US Military.
• He's bribed many US Military Officials.... FACT!
• [H]e kisses ass to the Officers Wives of the Chosun Gift Shop by providing free services to them in order to win them over.
• He kept two [sets of] books.
• He is not a US Citizen anymore after his divorces a year ago.
• His girlfriend has an ID and Ration card which allows all SOFA privledges and drives a blue corvette around Yongsan.
• All employees there during my time were terminated so nobody would spill the beans about his sweatshop and girlfriend (FACT).
• He threatened to fire me once because I would not solicit prostitutes with him. He said, "that was Korean custom."

Now, claims you make about yourself:

• A volunteer with the Red Cross, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and Fire Department.
• You currently work in a non-proft Christian county Hospital in Texas.
• You don't have as much as a speeding ticket.
• I made money for Mr. Chong, I increased his profit margin by 300 %

Frankly, Mr. Troglen, neither have you. All you’ve done is make unsubstantiated allegations. And worse is you’re slandering an individual who is held in good esteem by the local commands. While some would applaud your efforts to out a fraud, you come across as an idiot who is trying to rectify that which you caused from the sounds of it – at least based on talking to those that actually know you. W/ the assassination of character you’re trying to commit here, you come off as purely a wanker. Paint Mr. Chong in a horrible light and then make it look like you’re a squeaky clean saint. Reality is much further from that truth, isn’t it? And you only have to look so far as a mirror to see the answer to that question.

I don’t know Chong, you, or whomever Dr. T is, but I do have knowledge of the CID investigations. And healthy professional connections w/ IMA-KORO, USFK PAO, Provost Marshal, and Staff Judge Advocate. None of what you allege has ever been proven. In fact it’s all been disproven. Well, except for the fact that Mr. Chong kisses up to the wives that run the Chosun, but then so does the USFK and EUSA command groups since the Chosun brings in a lot of money to the community that in turn gets handed back to help those w/ special needs or to support local kids through its scholarship program.

What you think you’re doing is causing more harm to yourself than your intended target. CID and KORO are getting tired of your antics but have to investigate anyway to keep themselves clear of any misperceptions. But they are getting tired of your BS. Keep in mind that this site while not be an official USFK production, it is still associated w/ it. USFK looks at this site regularly to remain updated as to what’s said w/ it being recorded and reported – it’s an open access web-forum. So please don’t forget you aren’t hard to locate for prosecutorial purposes, if Mr. Chong were to choose to press charges thru US channels even though he probably won’t out of residual loyalty to your father. Or better, for prosecution by US federal authorities for filing false and misleading statements.
