I was looking through the Community Connection monthly magazine and the ads for the lunch buffets at the Main Post club look good. Is the food as good as the pictures look? They have all you eat crab legs on Saturday, how are they? How about Commiskey's? Friday is all you can eat seafood buffet, is it good? What types of seafood do they serve? Any other recommendations for on post?

There's No Toilet Paper on the Road Less Traveled.

-Main Post Club (REGGIES) is pretty good overall.
-The bar and a bowl of chili is good at Commisky's. Generally, the daily oriental buffet/Salad bar is just passable. The service usually leaves something to be desired. They can't handle group functions efficiently.
-Given the option, I guess Greenstreet buffet at the Dragon is the way to go.
-Downstairs if the Dragon Mexican place has ribs on the buffet, it is really good.
-The specials, like wings and chicken at the Dragon bars after 5 is fine, too.
-The daily special at the Town House (BX Snack Bar) is always good, and cheaper.Pick up a list by the door closest to Taco Bell.

Even if you are "Eating for two"!!!
It will get you in the end. And around the middle!

As for Commiskey's, as Mr Joe said, the service is not what one would expect. I was not impressed with the seafood buffet. It was Ok, but for the price, they can do a lot better.
