NOTE:If anyone wants to sign in Guests of all nationalities who have no ID cards in KOREA'S BIDS System, You must take them to GATES 10, 17, or 20 ONLY! You can sign them in for up to 24 hours. They will trade their Work Permit or Drivers License Or other ID for a guest pass. You must stay with them at all times and come back to the same gate you came in to retrieve their ID within 24 hours.

I hate to say this after everyone posted such good information but I ended up not needing to go to Yongsan to meet the group. I was supposed to meet there to go on a trip to the Ceramics Expo but at the last minute a bus was arranged to leave from Humphreys too. I'm going to create a separate post to let everyone know about my trip to the Expo, when I have more time. Thank you for everyone's help. I may not have used the info this time but I know I will in the future.
