Incident in Itaewon
Well sometimes I get up at 5am and on weekends and go to Itaewon to see the aftermath of all the partying. That's when alot of craziness can be seen. This weekend I came around the corner by Helios to see a whole bunch of MPs and an ambulance in front of the police station. There was a GI in handcuffs getting put in the ambulance. Anyone here about this? What the hell happened??? Is that standard procedure for curfew violations???
