Hello, I was reading a few posts about people that have given birth at 121. I am due in December and was told that at 36 weeks I should be at the Stork's nest depending on space availability. My question is does anyone that has stayed there know if they have wireless internet there or anything? I'm only asking because I am taking online college courses and need to know how to work my classes. Any info would be great :).

There's no internet connection there at all. At least as of, January when I was there there was none. I think the Dragon Hill has a place you can use the internet.

Where is the Storks Nest located at on base? My mom is going to come over for the delivery. Will she be allowed to stay with me?

Stork's next is at the 121 Hospital on South Post. Your best bet is to call and ask.

Depends on what room....

My wife had a major surgery, they allow people to stay at the storks nest (if spouse is having a surgery and their is no other "mother to be" that needs the room) and my room, was well just a room..bed and TV, no cable and had a common bathroom that everyone of the other 5 rooms enjoyed...


I would call as said above, but make sure you have a room resivered at the dragon or another hotel just in case...

If I do stay at the Stork's nest am I able to come and go as I please? I was told I should be there at 36 weeks but if I don't end up going into labor until 40 weeks do I stay there until I do go into labor or do they send me home? I mean i can ask my doctors this but I just thought I'd ask some of you that are experienced in this lol.
